Wheres my old logs gone? Anyway, back to my goals: want to get in top three, I was 10th out of 20 total. STAMINA: Sunday long runs, do 15km (6min/km). SPEED: Tuesday intervals, then 5km in 25min (5min/km). STRENGHT: Thursday ten uphill 200m intervals. SKILLS: master a key area each month: so October: always have a major visible in your face Attack Point, then micro manage.

Took 99 minutes, the average of the top 3 was 78min. How do I get 20% quicker? Split bewtween: fitness (speed, sluggish) and skills (route choice, reading map too much, etc). It was 90 percent fitness. Walking a lot. So get out there and run!
