Zero motivation, but I made myself go since this is likely my last chance to MTB this week and I knew I'd hate myself later for missing the opportunity. Decided I could quit after 30 min and rode easy with zero pressure on myself. Didn't worry about speed but tried to minimize braking. Very enjoyable ride. I think I needed a ride where I wasn't worrying about trying to go fast and feeling bad because I wasn't.
Garmin 520 died early on in ride and isn't charging now. :(
