14 degrees and about an inch of snow with more falling. 2 buffs, 3 shirts, wind jacket, fleece hat, lined pants over leggings. Wool socks. About right at that pace. Would have prob been overkill on trails.

I’ve been just barely squeaking in with an hour of trainer time each week. Going to try and put in a little more time, especially when I’m getting almost no outside miles.
