Biking (Katy Trail OB Page-Herman) 7:45:21 [4] 118.0 mi (15.2 mph)
shoes: Airborne Delta CX

Rode from Page to McKittrick and back with a Momentum crew. Gentle rain for about half the way out and almost the whole way back. Katy was pretty mushy in a lot of areas on the return trip, plus we had a noticeable headwind.

Group rides are their own kind of peer pressure, definitely rode faster than I would have without a group. Actually felt as good or better at the end as I did from miles 40-60.

Kirstyn's first run with us in a while, so we dropped back to week 2. Josh has definitely gotten stronger. He could have run longer and faster for sure.

SIUE trails are already way overgrown, but the bigger issue was my horribly creaky bottom bracket. Went straight from trail to bike shop.
