SIUE trails with Mickey. I don't ride here enough. That was really fun. He pushed me to ride some stuff that I normally pass by.

Was definitely feeling yesterday's miles and the punishment Bob and Chuck threw down on the return trip.

Rode with Chuck, Bob, Steve, and Jim. Boathouse north on Katy with side trips to hidden singletrack and then closed Katy sections. Turned around when Jim needed to, back to Bike Stop Cafe for second breakfast. Out Katy with stop at Bangert and then up Quarry trail to Hamburg to BW, loop of BW, down cemetery trail to Katy and back to St. Charles.

Somehow managed to ride into a headwind most of the day. Good ride with some hard efforts towards the end as Bob and Chuck were trying their best to kill me.
