Didn't feel as hard as HR would suggest. Felt like I could have run harder but as it was had a couple short walk breaks for the dog and he trailed behind the last half. I'll save potential attempts to run faster til Saturday's run home from soccer.

North Trace with Jason and Randy. Lovely temps. J on a time schedule, so not as long to ride as I'm used to, but also a speedier ride than usual. Lots of PRs. Rough wake-up after my 25th(!!) HS reunion last night and didn't feel as strong as at Middlefork a couple weeks ago, but I haven't touched my bike in a week, so...
