Met up with Chuck, Steve, and Derrick, who were bikepacking, and Bob, who came down for the night/day like me. Started at Hazel Creek, rode to DD where Jim and Emma picked up bikepackers to shuttle back to vehicles. Rode back solo to Hazel Creek. Lots of stopping to regroup on the way out and I was riding an unloaded bike, so I felt pretty awesome. Tried to push the pace on the way back, but definitely parts of some hills had to be walked after the chimney. So, so fun.
