With Chuck. Rode largely on the River to River trail from Ferne Clyffe to almost Eddyville. Some great gravel, some beautiful piney woods, some atrocious horse trails and Jeep roads. Lots of hike a bike. Left the trail to ride a piece of the tunnel hill bike trail (through the tunnel) and also to see Trigg Tower in the daylight. Found a spot in the woods to camp. All-around great day. Time logged is just moving time.

Haven't done one of these since December or January, started too hard and was hanging on for dear life the final 10 minutes. Not pretty and lost 3W, which given my low mileage after a strong January I guess isn't much surprise.
