Blowing Spring, part of Back 40, a couple other pieces of trail. One hard fall on an icy bridge, lots of frustration with being the slowest one in yet another group. Great trails.
On the plus side, finished Eco Australia (getting to see those clips Robyn Benincasa always talks about with the Japanese team) and started Eco Morocco. Fun to see Rebecca Rusch as a newer endurance athlete at the beginning of the legend she is now.
Took my HRM almost 5 mi to kick in, so HR avg wasn’t accurate.
2nd workout in the zwift training plan I started, this one is supposed to help determine if your FTP is set correctly. Workout was def manageable, so I guess it’s ok.
Walked the dogs with Jeff, too slow to count for my RunBet.
