Jeff had family over to watch movies in the same room as my trainer, so I had to wait til they left to do my ride. Thankfully Jacob’s game tomorrow isn’t until 2 and now I’ll have a full day between the longer trainer ride and whatever Sunday’s long OUTSIDE ride ends up being.

This ride went fairly well until the end and then I was just done. So I quit about 20 min early despite my “just get to 30 miles” and reminders to myself that it’s good mental training for Arkansas.
