Family hike, where I really struggled. Not sure if it's how I feel after two back-to-back efforts (even though Friday's route wasn't difficult and was split into two 22-mile rides and Saturday's ride, while more challenging, involved lots of breaks to regroup) or if it's the fact that my allergies or a cold have attacked me. Either way, I trailed behind the husband I usually leave in the dust unless I make an effort to walk together.
