5*2.30-3.00 on Little Mama in Laajavuori (marked, mostly uphill trail). Started tentatively expecting the worst. To my surprise the last 2 were only 5 seconds off my record--an encouraging sign. Also glad that my various rusty parts didn't bother me e.g. hip and knee. Woohooo!

A mix of short sprints, uphill bounding, high knees and so on. All goofy on a man 196cm tall. Stupidly did a little "cha-cha" drill and felt something pop in my injured hip. Shit.
