this was one no-day at all...i should do a track test 3x6' fast with 10' recovery...today was the only day in which i had time for a fast training, but my body wasn't with me...i started at home that i was already really tired, had an headache and with the feeling that i'll have to through up...for sure the training didn't start well, but i wanted to try...i started with the first 6' and i had a completaly terrible feeling, i finish this inervals just beacuse i didn't want to come back home without any interval done...after that i dacided that today wasn't the day at all, and i'm quite sad, despite all this bad feelings i run 1620m, that's not so much but for sure better that the last time i did this test (run 1500, in the first)....i think that the exams and other personal troubles are taking me away lots of energy, lukily soon i'll have the last exam and then i'll have some days where i'll have to rest for a theet surgery, and i'll try to focus my ebergy where i need them!!
