this was an attempth to run 3x3000m on road....but i failed...really bad fealings and i was really scared from the idea of this training,...btw, as always, a failure is a big lesson, hope that i've learned enough for the next time

first time of the year that i ride my bikewith a map...for sure the shape now isn't that good and my map reading skills are a bit out of training...btw i'm satisfied with my race, i did some small mistakes trough the race but i'm ready to improve a lot in the next month, big races are in august, so i still have time!! (i ended 4th in the elite class, and is for sure a great starting point for the next trainings)
