MMSC Practice. Started with 5 x ground portion of IOCT and then did stairway to heaven relays with core exercises between sets.

Ladder workout down by the river courts. Felt pretty good, ran pretty fast.

APFT 2-mile. Didn't do as well as normal on push-ups, but crushed sit-ups and the run.

Easy run after bringing my truck up to the lots. Shake-out jog before my APFT tomorrow with one 2:00 interval in the middle.
