Pretty out of shape physically so am just aiming for 100km or more in the next 6ish days at the University training camp, at my own pace.

First run of the training camp and the "getting back into it" phase. The group (because everyone trains) dropped me probably in the first 2km and then I just puttered along at my own pace getting lost in the process. But it was fun!

Evening run, everyone (but one guy) went for 5 km, and I wanted 7 to have a total of 20 today. Actually ended up at Carrot Creek where I went climbing with Kyle last spring!
