Don't really know what my time was, but it was between 10 and 11 min. (prob closer to 11). Just trying to run like a 3k fast.
Running 25:00 [2] 4.5 km (5:33 / km)
10 laps around the track to get some distance in. Thinking about trying to make my running technique better.
