Felt alot better today. Pushed it a bit at the end trying to break 48 min. The beginning part uphill is the hardest imo.

Running 22:00 [2] 4.4 km (5:00 / km) +15m 4:55 / km

Warm up and cool down to the post office and back. THen ran 5x 400m to move the legs a little bit faster.
