Took the first 5km loop slower, and then sped up on the second one after turning at the fence. Felt a bit more tired then yesterday, but was happy with the time when I finished.

Testing the foot again and it feels great, the hoka's are a lot better. Felt like I was going pretty fast but the time didn't reflect it.
