Resetting the wall downstairs for david and climbing a little bit. Really sore after yesterday.

Bouldering (Alberta Open Provincials) 45:00 intensity: (20:00 @2) + (15:00 @3) + (10:00 @5) ****

Quite out of shape but just wanted to see how bad it was. Wasn't too bad, I just have no strength at all. Need to get into shape.

A small 2km course. Made maybe one bad route choice. Sad with the time... its hard to run like 4:30 in snow...
