Running to school with my bag and boots, so pretty slow.

4 laps jogging.

Don't really know what my time was, but it was between 10 and 11 min. (prob closer to 11). Just trying to run like a 3k fast.

10 laps around the track to get some distance in. Thinking about trying to make my running technique better.

[9 or 10] x (400m w/ 20m climb) and 100m walking rest. Harder than normal intervals running up the ramps and stairs.
