Note

So missing my ANT stick for my garmin (back at home) so I'll probably have to log all my training in one big log on the day that I get back from vancouver which is friday.

Note

Vancouver sprint camp: Happy with the maps that were used this year, although the conditions made it harder for going all out. Tougher competition then I thought there would be, all the guys in top 10 were fast runners. Will have to train harder to get 2nd place next year :) . 5th place is ok for now.

First race, forgot to warm up and was mostly a runners race. I didn't really make too many mistakes but just mostly wasn't aggressive enough... Got beat by the Waddingtons on this one lol! :D
