Watch read 4.35km but i don't think that was quite right because I was running laps around the 400m track. Basically did 10 laps, and a quarter.

Was hoping I would have done better, this was basically what I ran the time trial in 2 years ago.

Basically need to pull it up to 4500 if I want to make the team. So far, I'm further from that then I expected.... kinda disappointing.

Only have a month and a half to fix this, decent amount of time, but not much for a 400m increase.

Im guessing if my life depended on it I could have brought it up to 4200, but still 300m is fairly far....

Strategy for next week will be to hold a 3:30 pace the whole time, but on my watch that means 3:20 because its a bit slow apparently...
