Running warm up/down 20:00 [3] 2.5 km (8:00 / km) +30m 7:33 / km

Forest Orienteering 30:00 [4] ***** 3.5 km (8:34 / km)

3x intervals with Jan. Almost perfect on the first one. Made one mistake on the second one where I went through a green section and couldn't see any features. Then perfect on the last one. Want to run WOC like the last one in 2 days.

Saturday Aug 10 #

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2] 2.5 km (6:00 / km)

Warming up and cooling down with 2x 50m accelerations at the end.

Forest Orienteering 1:06:00 [3] 9.01 km (7:20 / km) +200m 6:36 / km

Decent run, didn't get into the map at number one was a bit curved. (not sure if is was the best line). Then I only made one other mistake in a very bland area where there weren't any features, and would have lost a min or two..

Rest was really good. Happy with it. Tomorrow we'll do some faster intervals. :D
