Running 25:00 [2] 4.44 km (5:38 / km) +113m 5:00 / km
(sick)

Still definately sick. Legs felt super great out the start but felt like trash up the first hill. Dizzy head and coughing. Cut it shorter and just jogged basically. Forgot my laptop at home tragically so can't do virtual-o for the next few days.... :'(

29/70 Lost the lead pack after one big mistake. Overspeed training, had to do alot of simplification and quick reading. Lost 7min on one control because I missed it and had to stop. Would have been about 12th without that.

Ran some more courses at higher speed, don't really like it. Feels a bit unnatural. Guess it teaches you to read the map really fast.

2nd place

Bad bearing to 3. Should not have done an S to 10. Lost the race from 12-13 did a one eighty and then went between the fences where there was dark green. Lost waaayy too much time there. Dude beat me by 15s. Happy with the technical cliff portion though.

4rth place (-20s)

Compass training. Need to transition a bit better between the control turns. 4-5 should have been straighter. Lost time from 5-6 going through the green hash, should have taken trail around.

Oof 22 / 60. (~3min)

Basically just some issues with leaving the controls correctly and mirco moving. Had some issues seeing some of the controls. Can't stop running also.

Virtual-O 1:00:00 [0]
(sick)

Setting up Virtual-O on our laptop and trying a few courses. Making one myself.

We'll see how bored I get from all the maps, but I think its going to be a great tool for me during rest days, when Im sick, and in the winter.
