Running long (Goat Creek) 1:31:00 [3] ** 18.76 km (4:51 / km) +445m 4:20 / km

Bruh... Long run with the uni team. Them boys fast. 15 min ahead, but I think i was 1:45 h last time I ran it so getting better :).

Legs started cramping a bit right at the end so I was happy with the run. Need to get better at the hills, wasn't consistent enough over the summer with training, with all the competitions and flying.

Didn't realize I broke 5min/km happy with that. I can see lots of room for improvement.

Did a really big hike with a friend. We went up the wrong mountain, and then trying getting to the right one scrambling along a ridge. Im so tired....
