Still have cough/cold (11 days in now)
Ate plenty on JK weekend. Larger evening meals than would normally have. No breakfasts as Premier didn't serve before 8 as Bank Holiday. Ate basic pre run eg flapjack. Didn't feel as though missing usual porridge. Back to it this week as 1.8kg over racing goal weight.
Just eight days now to first LOC technical
