Forgot to take HRM to venue and was in car no time to sort.
A good day out with Shell. One or two icy bits pre start but fine on run. Some nice snowy bits across the open fields and up towards Stoodley. Slight right thigh strain for last hour so took it a little easier.
Consequently the idea of doing the Long was out.
