Very cold. Five in car so barely any room to change. No room in car park to warm up and subzero windchill did not help. I was at running temperature by control #2 and a nice outing on the Short(3.4k 70m)

Started off intensity four as another rare solo. A decent loop to the NW then E and S.
Gets past tricky urban area nailing the highest values then with 14 mins left instead of a trot in, via a 40 and 2x20’s, I went bold going further out for 2x40 a 50,70 and the 40 I would have had
