Attempted a session with a bit of speed and effort and see how far I got. To the concrete bridge over the NW end of CMD. Then a mix of fartlek efforts and then short jog/walks in between

The slope that I found a couple of weeks ago and one rep, I returned to.
Elaine a little higher up and did her own 4x set
Slope comes in at 300m long. Nice easy rough grass with one or two trod lines (wonder if someone else doing same idea). When at summit of broad hill, I return jog down the side to vary it.
Still adapting but rep 2 3 and 4 all consistent (max 168hr and sustained on the last)

Good session. Knew i was 'done' by the intended 4th and last one anyway but had to dig in to make the top.
