The slope that I found a couple of weeks ago and one rep, I returned to.
Elaine a little higher up and did her own 4x set
Slope comes in at 300m long. Nice easy rough grass with one or two trod lines (wonder if someone else doing same idea). When at summit of broad hill, I return jog down the side to vary it.
Still adapting but rep 2 3 and 4 all consistent (max 168hr and sustained on the last)
