Devon event, the classic river dart country park one

I had 5ish hours sleep the night before following a meet up and felt tired from ten tors but did the brown anyway. Really pleased I did this in the end :)
The tactic was to go slow and steady which really paid off and I spiked pretty much every control and only made one or two 10/20 sec misses, this never happens, even on an area of this TD (low) so I'm pretty happy

would have been quicker if I didn't walk lots of the hills :P

Clock relay, slowest paced clock relay I have ever done, got dark by the time my team finish the 1km course :P

didn't gain much but it was quite fun with Emily, Will, Ellie and her new friend.... shame JONTY AND JAMES didn't turn up ;)

Ran up to core copse and had a look round the woodand... about 1 in every 3 trees are down following the storms, the main track has about 10 trees blocking your route which sucks :/

Then ran along to White Cross and down back to ottery, mistimed my run so I ended up running with pretty much no light for the last section but still good fun :)
