Time to stop training for orienteering events for a while. Next focus will be the track meets in June.

A struggle at the beginning, and then a long course with it being a little warm for me. The heavy green with little visibility in many areas, which didn't help me. (Splits later).

Trying to get ready to run intervals. Ran roughly hard 3 min./easy 2 min. with a hard 5 minutes to finish. Not quite as hard as I wished it was.
