Orienteering race 16:00 [5] 3.0 mi (5:20 / mi)

BSOC - Qualifier, needed to be 8 secs quicker. Few minor misses and very unlucky to have car faff at road crossing. Probably removing that alone would've done it.

Orienteering race 15:00 [4] 3.0 km (5:00 / km)

BSOC - Final, ok but was very cautious on slippery wooden steps. Bit faffy on bridges, could have done with some of the people before me actually starting to give me an aim rather than the 4 min gap. Slightly more fun than qualifier, but overall day was less exciting than last time we were in olympic park :)
