Orienteering race 1:00:00 [3] 7.0 km (8:34 / km)

CSC final. Few silly mistakes on number 2, 20 & 29. Probably about 3/4 mins but other than those I was happy to keep running nearly the whole way round. Further and faster than I've been recently so really pleased (other than the stupid mistakes). Very tired afterwards though.

Felt very tired during, achey arms etc. Feeling quite rough afterwards too. Bit ill perhaps? or maybe just not quite 100% for some reason..

Felt ill beforehand, maybe because blood test etc? slow but ok once got going.
