Orienteering 1:00:00 [3] 5.0 mi (12:00 / mi)

Urban training, re-ran an old course. I think this was the best planned sprint race I’ve run on in Sheffield, didn’t quite realise it during the actual race. I’m not sure who the planner was, but was great course. Will try and run it again at some point.
10 mins was jogging and 10 mins was making up my own few controls in the wooded bit at end.

Note

Groin pain again after running, but on other side today, frustrating.

Bit of map geeking, mainly finding out what races are where and getting general overview. Couldn’t find my old spring cup maps. Shame as been lots of times so they must be somehwere... Bristol perhaps?
