Running - Trail 21:00 [3] 2.0 mi (10:30 / mi)
This may seem a bit pointless as was so short, but it was nearly only 4 minutes long as could bearly run to start with. Pain in one leg. Deja vu. But it really loosened off after about 10 minutes so glad I carried on. Felt much better afterwards, but this was one for myself (to help body revover) rather than training diary.
