First (very bad) attempt at a progression run. Was aiming for 9 min mile to start with and get 15s quicker each mile. I discovered it's really difficult to judge pace to such accurate times.
Actually did 8.42, 8.49, 8.01, 8.07, 7.18, 6.50.
