9 x 45s hills with Kathy (track runners run fast, shock to my system). Was supposed to be 10 reps but clearly counting to ten between two maths graduates is too difficult.

Fun running in the snow, lots of holding hands and following each other's footprints. Don't think we set any world records, but we enjoyed it.

Got horrible blisters from wearing some old o shoes in the snow. Last 2 miles bit painful!

Snowy lunchtime run with David, we really enjoyed this. Such a treat with no children, last time we managed this was in Wales cottage last year.
