Survival Gate 1- 5 Bobs, then 2 minute tread water, then 3 or 4 minute float, then 2 bobs, then jump up to side of pool. Later practiced moving bobs.

Cross-Training (IOCT) 50:00 [3]
IOCT prep, including shelf, horizontal bar, ropes, monkey bar, a little bit of everyhting else. Did a practice run halfway through after already becoming tired- got 3:13= C-. Tomorrow I will try it fresh.
Lift by myself in 62 room. Tried doing IOCT stuff afterwards and I could barely pick myself off the ground when I tried the rope climb. I need more workouts like this.
