Music City Marathon in Nashville. I did better than I was expecting- I went slow for the first mile, then sped up considerably more than I'd planned, and kept it up until around mile 21, when I started slowing down. The last 3 miles were a struggle, but I sped up a bit at the last half mile and made good time coming into the finish

I don't think we'll be doing this as a Fist again. My 2 nco's took it seriously, but half of my joes left halfway through to "go to the bathroom" and then went to do their own workout. I may do this again personally if we do a gym day on a Thursday, but otherwise I'll keep my fist together for pt and do a team workout instead- so I can ensure people are actually working out

Between profile, BLC, and JRTC, it was just me and 2 guys for pt today. We did 7-8 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 dips, 20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, with a 30 sec break after each set

The plan was to do this run farther and faster than the 10 miler two days ago, and I succeeded. I went south from my apartment to the greenway again, and found that the two very steep hills on the southern end are both within the first mile after the midpoint of the greenway. I turned around at the signs at the top of the second hill and came back.
