Ran near Shelby Bottoms Greenway in Nashville- Joanna and I ran from the trailhead to the northern end. On the way back we crossed over to the eastern side of the Cumberland and ran for about 1.5 miles. We got back and did another 1.5 miles past my car to finish it out
