From Hill Rd. N. Spur - Airstrip - S Spur - MTB track. Had intended to take the new longer route down the hill at the end, but not sure it exists yet.
Back has continued to be sore and it's now very much on the left side and left calf now sore. So was fairly hesitant setting out. Not too bad while running, though didn't feel quite symmetrical. Plenty of energy.
Calf quite sore afterwards.
