Tunnel Gully. Usual sort of route but missed out the down and up at the end.
Feeling very stiff and sore right from the start, and hadn't really been expecting it to be that bad. After about 15 minutes, it resolved itself into hamstring and SI pain for the first time in several months, so eased off a bit. NB Hip is still sore every night, but not really affecting my running at the moment.
