Running 1:02:02 [3] 10.13 km (6:07 / km)
(injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

Avro - the spur above Stokes Valley - Avian

Feeling fairly average. Hamstring also quite sore. Also, suffered from my racing heart condition again. It came on right at the bottom of the track, just after stopping for a toilet break. Lasted just under 10 minutes and I was fine again afterwards (albeit fairly cautious back up the hill).

Running 51:22 [3] 9.03 km (5:41 / km) +265m 4:58 / km
ahr:132 max:147 (injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

From Cornish Street up the steep track then to Oakleigh St including the obvious bush track. The longer route down to Korokoro Dam, then down the valley. New track on the bit down to the dam has eliminated some of the climbing and made the running rather easy.

Still a little bit below par, but quite a lot better than yesterday, and relatively pain free too.

Running 59:04 [3] 10.24 km (5:46 / km)

BMR - Pinehaven - Guildford Spur - Avro (shortest options)

Still feeling very average, though slightly better than Sunday. Glute / hamstring not too bad.

Running 49:00 [3] 7.91 km (6:12 / km)
ahr:128 max:147 (injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

The Dry Creek loop CW

Feeling very sluggish and out-of-sorts, but hopefully that's just jetlag. Hamstring worse than it's been for a while. Again, maybe that's due to the journey as it was also very bad after I landed in the UK 3 weeks ago.
