Avian - Johnsons Rd.

Feeling surprisingly good and going at a decent pace without really pushing it. Hamstring moderately sore.

Running 47:20 [3] 7.76 km (6:06 / km)
ahr:131 max:150 shoes: Nike Pegasus 31

The Cannon Point loop, going up the zigzag track and including the trig point. Feeling a bit under the weather. Hip sore, but hamstring not as bad as in other recent runs.

Don't think this is really as short as 7.76Km!

Orienteering 1:15:00 [3] 11.0 km (6:49 / km)
shoes: VJ Falcon

WOC training day. 3 separate courses at Baring Head. Shadowed Oli round the first, then part way through the second caught up Magnus, who was hanging controls, so went on a fairly major detour to hang a few controls before starring again. Ran the last one a bit harder, but not the sort of course that was particularly amenable to running (in that bush bit at the North end).

Hamstring sore again and really noticeable that muscles are not working correctly going up steep slopes.

(injured)

Golf at RWGC. 102 (33 points). Rusty to start with. Hip seemed to cope fine, but a bit sore afterwards.

Running 1:02:02 [3] 10.13 km (6:07 / km)
(injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

Avro - the spur above Stokes Valley - Avian

Feeling fairly average. Hamstring also quite sore. Also, suffered from my racing heart condition again. It came on right at the bottom of the track, just after stopping for a toilet break. Lasted just under 10 minutes and I was fine again afterwards (albeit fairly cautious back up the hill).
