One-dayer v Petone. A bit unlucky bowling. 4-0-27-0. Also run out by James for 13. Another big loss.

Left hip quite sore.

Checking control sites etc. Some of this was before doing the course.

Maungatukutuku.

Checking all the control sites for the middle distance. Terrain slow, as expected. Left heel really quite sore - was affecting my running considerably.

Felt sluggish to start with and really struggled on the first few bits of hill, but gradually improved.

Short sprint round Onslow College. 26 controls!

Took a while to get into it, but got moving fairly well on the second half of teh course. Largest time losses were having to go back and repunch a couple of comtrols.

Johnsons Rd - Ridge - Avro.

A bit stiff & sore from Saturday, particularly (as usual) the tops of the legs. No problem with the running though, but was never trying at any great intensity.

Hamstring slightly grumbly.
