Sunday Nov 19 #

Note

Golf at RWGC with Alan and Mark in a decent breeze. 104 (31 points). Another shocker on the first half (58, including 3 9s), but better second half (46).

Saturday Nov 18 #

Cricket 1:19:00 [1]
(injured)

Cricket v Easts Super Challengers. A shocker. 2 runs (the 2 runs scored as we went from 10-1 to 12-5). Bowled OK, but got hammered, particularly by Edwin who scored yet another century.

Friday Nov 17 #

Running 25:30 [2] 4.0 km (6:23 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

The short Avian-Avro loop.

Gentle recovery run. Not too bad - don't seem to have any additional injury issues.

Thursday Nov 16 #

Rogaine race 2:57:50 [3] 22.0 km (8:05 / km)
(injured) shoes: Brooks Cascadia

Rogaine around Titahi Bay / Whitirea.

Good fun - mostly off road. Whitireia Park very tough, particularly as I was doing it towards the end. Went fairly well apart from dropping my map at one point and having to go back and retrieve.

Weirdly Garmin recorded the entire route but stopped measuring distance about half way.

Wednesday Nov 15 #

Cricket 1:20:00 [1]
(injured)

Nets at Fraser.

Tuesday Nov 14 #

Running 1:06:00 [3] 11.0 km (6:00 / km)
(injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

BMR - water tank (steep route) - Guildford Spur - Avian.

Stiff and sore all over - a struggle all the way. Groin not too bad, but not good either.

Monday Nov 13 #

Running 29:15 [3] 5.0 km (5:51 / km)
(injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

Was intending to go to Tunnel Gully but suddenly had a lot less time than expected so stopped at the track up into the pines near Mangaroa School and just ran up the track and back.

Groin is quite sore after yesterday. Think I strained it (right side) in the process of being run out!
