The loop of Riverstone from TMP (CW) with a loop of TMP at the end.

A bit stiff and sore but otherwise not feeling too bad. Struggling a bit with the warmth (as with every other run recently).

Second day of 2-dayer vs Onslow. We were 130 runs down after first innings, so directions were just to bat time. So I did. Lot's of it.

Really struggling for the last half hour, but held on just long enough to score ... 101!!

Unfortunately, still not enough as they won by 3 wickets in the last over, but what a day!

Tunnel Gully. Fairly standard wiggly sort of route with the bigger hill early.

Feeling pretty good but hard work in this heat. Serious earworm - Vicarious was playing as I got out of the car!

Hip has been feeling a lot better recently, but was quite sore again last night.

Orienteering 26:31 [3] 5.0 km (5:18 / km)
(injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

OHV Sprintish training event - Lower Hutt. 2 short fast loops with a much longer simpler one in between.

Good fun but wasn't really that sharp. Stymied by traffic from time to time, but that was just part of the game for everyone. 3.5 mins down on Nick H.

Avian - Spur above Stokes Valley - Avro

Must have been the warmest day yet this summer. In the sun it was hard work. So. slower than normal despite probably putting more effort in.
