Sunday Feb 4 #

Running 1:25:54 [3] 13.0 km (6:36 / km) +700m 5:12 / km
ahr:133 max:152 (injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 Blue

From the riverbank car park up the Northern track through KGMP then did the loop at the top of St Pats Forest ACW, down the pylon track to the stream and back along the main track.

Feeling pretty good. Even the first hill wasn't too bad. Seem to be completely over the cold with negligible impact on breathing.

Note

Golf - the Terrace Course with Oli. 42. No double bogeys or worse! Without hitting a decent shot with the driver (judicious use of adjacent fairways).

Saturday Feb 3 #

Cricket 1:10:00 [1]

1st day of 2-dayer v Petone

Didn't bat and didn't bowl - just a quirk of fate really. But was captain for the day. Team in a strong position - only 2 down and 50 behind.

Friday Feb 2 #

Running 51:16 [3] 8.38 km (6:07 / km) +406m 4:55 / km
ahr:139 max:154 shoes: Nike Pegasus 31

From the park into Tapestry - Guildford Spur - Avian

Finally both a bit cooler and less humid, so running felt a lot easier.

Thursday Feb 1 #

Running 55:50 [3] 9.5 km (5:53 / km) +353m 4:57 / km
shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 Blue

The longer Cannon Point loop ACW

A bit slow and tired at the start, and going up the hill felt like hard work, so didn't push much. Appeared to have recovered from the cold fairly well.

Wednesday Jan 31 #

Cricket 1:10:00 [1]

Nets at Fraser.

Tuesday Jan 30 #

Running 24:13 [3] 4.21 km (5:45 / km) +177m 4:45 / km
ahr:129 max:145 shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 Blue

Short Avro-Avian loop.

Gentle run to assess my current state. Better than at the weekend, but certainly didn't feel like pushing at all.
