Running 1:36:08 [3] 18.0 km (5:20 / km)
ahr:137 max:157 (injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 31

Was going to go up to Hill Rd, but rain set in so ran from Melling - Harbourview - Oakleight St - Korokoro Stream (longer route) - Petone Foreshore - river

Felt pretty good for the first 45 mins but by then the rain had stopped and it warmed up to 26 degrees and very humid. The last 20 minutes were a real struggle - felt awful (though still running at about 4:50 per Km). Pretty sure it was just the conditions.

Cricket 1:00:00 [1]

2nd day of 2-dayer vs Petone. By an unusual combination of circumstances managed to get through a whole 2-day game without either batting or bowling. A bit frustrating, but it all made sense. We only lost 7 wickets over the 2 innings in winning and I ended up with pads on while nearly 200 runs were scored!

Friday Feb 9 #

Running 1:03:59 [3] 11.23 km (5:42 / km) +463m 4:43 / km
ahr:140 max:157 (injured) shoes: Nike Air Pegasus 30 Blue

Home from the Riverbank car park via the Horoeka track, Avro.

Felt pretty good to start with but starting feeling not so good after about 40 mins. Not sure why. Maybe tempo was a bit high to start with?

Thursday Feb 8 #

Running 51:13 [3] 10.47 km (4:54 / km) +196m 4:28 / km
ahr:136 max:160 shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 Blue

Withe the Harriers - "Lockwood" route. Added on a little bit extra around TMP at the end.

Feeling very fresh, and found it pretty easy.

Wednesday Feb 7 #

Cricket 1:20:00 [1]

Nets at Fraser.

Tuesday Feb 6 #

Golf at RW with Phil R, Kevin Dee and Chris Reilly. 103 (55/48) - 28 points. Forgettable. Got through quite a few balls!

Cycling 31:42 [3]

Back on the bike for the first time in nearly 4 months. Seems to be running OK after a bit of minor TLC, but still needs servicing.

To the end of Russles Rd, then the top of Avro then the top of Avian Cres. Quite clear that I'm not fit for cycling at the moment.
